To ensure best practices in marketing and advertising our courses we have put together this guideline to help ensure that any marketing or advertising you do on behalf of Kensington International College is compliant.

Always check this information in your marketing materials:

College Name and CRICOS Provider Code and CRICOS Course Codes

Assure that it is obvious that you are recruiting on our behalf. Prospective students have to be aware that your role is to introduce Kensington International College. Also, students must be very clear that the course delivery is with Kensington International College. Always assure that KIC's CRICOS Provider Number is 03827K. The details can be found on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) websites. It is essential and must be mentioned when talking about KIC and courses. Also, if you explaining about our KIC's courses. Further, you need to provide your clients with CRICOS Course Number so the client can be assured that all the courses offered are registered with CRICOS. 

RTO Code

Always include Kensington International College RTO Code: 45581 if you are promoting our courses. These are mentioned on the Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) websites, and also in our marketing materials, including our websites and brochure. This also includes that you have to update the course codes when we advise you that these have changed.

Use only information from Kensington International College

Only use the information provided by us to make sure all information provided is correct and up to date. Please only use the information we have provided to you either directly, via our websites or our agent portal. This ensures you do not make any incorrect statements related to Kensington International College and its courses.

Always use this guidelines

Apply these guidelines across ALL your advertising and media. These guidelines apply to all your advertising and promotion, including brochures, print advertising, websites, social media etc.  

Do not publish any documents without our permission

Do not publish any marketing information in your materials without prior consent by Kensington International College. Email us mock-up versions of the intended advertisement before you publish them. We will check the validity of the information, so these are in accordance with our marketing policies as well as in accordance with all regulations.
